Fees are quoted before work begins and depend on the service and the complexity of your case. Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duty, portal charges and taxes are payable in addition unless we state otherwise in writing.

Fees cover our professional services and are not contingent on any particular outcome — including the approval of an application or the acceptance of a claim by an authority.

Any timeline we indicate is an estimate based on normal processing. Registrations, approvals and refunds depend on government departments and portals whose processing times are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee a specific date of completion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the professional fees actually paid to us for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity, nor for interest, penalties or demands that arise from information you supplied that was incorrect, incomplete or late.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
